I contacted customer support regarding a missing package and they told me to contact AMZL and open a claim with them, so I did and then AMZL told me to contact woot, so I did and they again told me to contact AMZL, who then told me to again contact woot. I don’t know what to do…

what a headache! i know tt is on vacation but saw @pepper114 posted a few ago…maybe she can leave a note somewhere (or at least would know what staff to ping) so hopefully someone can help
