WOOT!!!

AND … I got 2 orders! Double WOOT!

I’d ask what the cellaring time is, but I doubt these babies will last that long!

Yea…I hesitated…not sure why…

Is there a story that goes along with this? Sounds like an adventure involving black sails…

Damn you Woot and your sweet, sweet wine labels!!! I’m in for one.

In for 1, I need more white wine for the summer, plus it can join my other 2 Woot Cellars buys.

We need some late night rattage on this one.

Is there an oenological name/style/region for this type of blend?

Wow, great acid! The pH is low… and 2% sugar is sweet. Trippy! Off dry, with acid backbone. Is this like this old Triacipedis I’ve been hearing about and once had a taste of, or will it be very different?

Appears to be a nice blend that would make for a great summer wine, particularly with the lower alcohol. I’ll have to see if I can find room for this one.

Is there an effervescent quality to this wine?

I think I’m going to have to go in on this one. I’m almost out of my case of kaleidoscope and this sounds pretty similar based on the stats. I hope it lives up to its original appeal.

Same winery/winemaker and similar blend.
2008: 36% Riesling, 32% Sauvignon Blanc, 32% Chardonnay
2010: 30% Riesling, 35% Sauvignon Blanc, 35% Chardonnay

Not sure on RS and the other stats for the 2008 though. Back then the winery was never revealed so we got very little stats.

And for those interested in the first 10

We’re so in! Woot Cellars never lets us down!

Is this overkill for cooking applications?

There shouldn’t be … I don’t think the 2008 Triacip had it.
