Anybody who cares about the origin and is willing to pay $14/pound is going to care about how the beans are roasted. We aren’t even told whether it’s light, medium, or dark, let alone whether it’s first crack, city, second crack, etc.

Could not agree more. I would love to here that these will be roasted to meet each order then immediately shipped.
