Woot Cellars The Pouracle (6)

It reminds us of the first batch of Albino Rhino. For some reason the second run was a miss.

We don’t like sweet, we like crisp and lemongrass with more citrus notes than butter or wood. Anything full bodied in a white is a no go, and Pouracle here is perfectly airy with a zing to its finish. Even Triacipedis had a bit of a letdown for us on the palate about ten seconds after a sip, while Pouracle and Albariño 1.0 both left us smacking our lips with a smile all night.
