Seems when I use WOOT there’s these great “Marketing” items that say buy 3 of this product get 20%. When I add 3 to the cart it DOESN’T WORK. No 20% off. As well, why not move the COUPON code a step further up in the process. It’s a real pain in the ass to get to the checkout page to find I have to come out of the funnel to determine what’s going wrong. You guys need some work on where to position things in the flow. It’s not terrible but it’s not smooth or great either. Hire a Product Manager that test the products end-to-end.
The checkout is owned by Amazon.

Woot’s like Harry Potter… But only the “we live under the stairs part.” None of the cool magic stuff. Well, except it must take SOME kind magic not to make this an entire sh!t show. It’s just mostly one.
