Woot in General

This company sucks! Purchased HANES Boxer Briefs (less than $20) and I am unable to return them at this point as the wrong item was sent. Left phone and got return call from 888.283.1913. Hung up on me first time and now silence after 10+ minutes. Also sent e-mail to the CS group. Can’t wait to see if they return that e-mail. First purchase has gone from hassle to really annoying me. Given that this is an Amazon company, likely to start shifting more orders to Walmart.com.
