The entire site is a trick. An inception mug for a site that seems to have been here for a year, affiliated with Amazon but Iāve never heard of it until now, and someone claims to have been a member for 9 years
And do the math! 100,000+ badges in one small, first-time badge category! Iām probably just talking to a bot anyway, a bot who already wants to kick me out.

Woot has been around since 2004 and was bought by Amazon in 2010. Thereās even a Wikipedia page:
Iāve been a customer since 2007 and there are people floating around whoāve been here since the beginning.
Also, Iām not a bot. Although thatās just what a bot would say, so thatās probably not terribly convincing.
My account overview to show my join date and Iāve placed 1206 orders.
Holy fudge pops, thatās way too many orders. Iām not okay right now. Anyway, Wootās real and not a trick. I just looked down and pants, shirt, and shoes were all bought here on Woot. The keyboard and mouse Iām currently using were both bought here. Oh, man. I think I need to lie down for a while.
