I have to wonder if these were purchased at such a low price under the agreement that they canāt be advertised by name.

They are like Apple etc. Agreements where nothing can be sold under MSRP to undercut other sellers like Best Buy etc. No names can be mentioned. When I worked at a large box though cost of the brand that shall not be named speakers that were around 200 bucks for pc speakers cost the store around 80. So 40 for 150 isnāt unreasonable to think they are just trying to move these at cost.
