I was curious if you could look into an order for me? I ordered a Kindle paperwhite on October 31 and it was supposed to be delivered on November 6th. However, I haven’t received it nor received any notifications about it. I have tried reaching out to customer support and they responded saying they would ship another one yet the tracking information has not been updated. I appreciate any help you can give me.
