I returned my items earlier this month and the tracking says it was delivered back to their front desk and signed for on January 10th 2024. Ever since I have been in contact with them via email regarding when I will be refunded my money however their reps seem to not be helpful at all. They keep telling me to open a claim with UPS but for what??? I don’t understand why I would need to open a claim when my items have already arrived back to them. It literally says signed and received by their front desk on the tracking. Not sure what to do if they don’t issue my refund. I guess I will have to dispute with my bank but I am trying to see if anyone here can help me first.
