Bought a few jeans but they dont fit. I dont know why the system wont let me return since I bought it less than 30 days. Multiple emails have been sent through the system and havent heard back in a week already smh. Who can I go to?

You should wait 48-72 hours for a response before sending more email or they may be marked as duplicates by the email bot.

In addition to what Pepper said, some items don’t allow self returns, and require CS to initiate the RMA.
Well it’s been a week and I still haven’t heard back. Either these guys don’t want to take the returns or just wait until the 30 days is up. I don’t have much confidence with woot on returns. Not the first time also
