You can buy the limited edition BOC (not subject to the 31-day rule), and whatever else they are selling. The only exception is the regular BOC since the 31-day rule applies.

I know about the 31 day rule and that there’s only one per person allowed. But is there any rule about two people in the same address each winning one?

All I’ll say is that if it looks like the same person purchased it, then I will cancel one.

I don’t go solely by address.
