Hello? I have been trying to get Customer Service to understand a shipping problem but they are not getting it… I ordered two of these on March 17. One chocolate One gray. Order shows shipping complete - one package one tracking number. Box only had ONE (gray) throw. Second throw not included. Not sent. Not shipped. But shows as if they put two in box. HELP!!! It was supposed to be a present for my husband and now I am very very sad. And somewhat angry that the customer service appears to NOT actually read the info sent to them. All I got was “contact your shipper for trace” This won’t help… package arrived here.
I’m sorry for the problem there. I’ll add you to my afternoon report so that CS can readdress your order.
