Woot, you got me again. There may be a QA problem somewhere in the order fulfillment process.
Instance #1: I ordered an open box iPhone 12 Pro Max, and I was sent an iPhone 6 for some reason. I went through the return/refund process with CS.
Instance #2: Last week, I ordered a Tissot women’s watch with a metal bracelet, and I was sent a large men’s watch with a leather band.
I contacted CS immediately, and I am still waiting for a reply.
Hi there. Sorry for the problems with your orders. These shipped from two different places so different issues. One shipped from us so that was our bad (the phone). The other shipped directly from the vendor so likely someone picked the wrong item. Again apologies.
Similar thing happened to me but not quite as bad. I ordered an open box, new, Google Pixel 6A, charcoal color, but the box indicates it’s the chalk (white) color. That color wasn’t even an option for the sale, so this surprises me.
I’m sorry for the error. Please make sure you reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

I also was sent the wrong item. Ordered a kindle oasis and was sent a kindle basic. Really irritated as I’ve been having the worst luck with all my orders right now.
