I had an item shipped to someone to help them out during the time of covid. Woot sent the wrong item. I contacted Woot and was told to do some printouts and bring the item to a UPS store before a refund would be issued. Problem is, my friend can do neither. Besides, if the mistake was on Woots end, why should the customer to have to spend time and money to return the item? I’ve explained that printing and driving is not possible. Woot will not return my last two e-mails. My last message was sent 5 days ago.
