Kinda disappointed I ordered a knife set , however I was sent a different set which is super cheap, I hope I can get the correct set sent to me … total bummer… how long does CS take to respond normally ? For an internet based company I would assume the CS would be quick and efficient apparently this isn’t the case.
Check and see if a response didn’t inadvertently get filed into the spam folder by your email service.
