but you can plugin your laptop, cell phone, a desktop fan, SMALL electronics, etc
these make great gifts. Seriously.
FWIW, I plugged my HP netbook into my Kill-A-Watt and it measured a measly 33W draw at the highest reading I saw. This looks like a great choice for a car adapter.

Got mine in the mail today. It’s even smaller than I thought, and works great for powering my netbook and laptop in the car, just like I was hoping.
I almost wish I’d bought two or three. This is a sweet little power gadget.
