Hello - Customer service has been surprisingly fast but they just… keep… sending… gamepass codes for outside the US region no matter how many times I ask them to send me correct codes.
How else can I ask for US codes? In all three of my correspondence with them I’ve asked for correct US codes or a refund, and every time I’ve received a new code that is once again the incorrect region.

Me too! I keep calling to no answer and emailed many times. I keep getting codes for outside US region.
Yep. Same issue for me as well. I made a previous post about this and @ThunderThighs helped get Woot support to send another code, but it does not work in the US region. I tried called Woot Support, but no one every answers the phone.

I’m getting the same issue. Customer service sent 2 NEW CODES to me today and both say wrong region. How do you just get the, to issue a refund at this point? This thread makes it seem that they can’t understand the region issue and everyone here is US region getting wrong codes.
