Xbox Gamepass Ultimate Code “Redeemed”

I purchased Xbox GamePass codes back in July. When I went to redeem them they had already been redeemed. When I’ve reached out to Customer Service I first got a generic answer

We’re sorry, but it has been more than 90 days since you purchased the product, which means that the window on our 30-day return policy has closed.

Unfortunately, the manufacturer’s warranty has expired as well. You can still contact the manufacturer to see if there is anything they can do.

Upon following up and linking this thread Xbox Gamepass Ultimate Code "Redeemed" - #3 by Wooter567168193 I was told the same thing, even though this thread implies it’s an issue that can be resolved on Woot’s end. Please help me actually resolve this issue.
