Hi there. I don’t work for Woot but if I may suggest a couple of things:
Please check your email’s spam filter/folder. Emails from Woot can get caught in there.
Also, Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different. Please make sure you’re checking the correct email.
