Agreed. Patriotism comes in many forms. I don’t hate you just because you may choose to show support for our country in a different way than I do.
Whether you kneel or stand for the national anthem, sing “home of the Chieeeefs” instead of “home of the brave”, or wear inaccurate depictions of the flag as wristbands. We’re all Americans and it’s the spirit that counts. Everything else is just tradition and technicalities.
