Mine must be a dud, voices sound like they come out of a tin can.
Hi there, if you haven’t already done so please reach out to Woot! Customer Service.
From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
(Please Note: I’m not employed by Woot, but I volunteer to help in the forums.)
I have this soundbar and it’s not just you. Voices are hard to hear and I found that I have to change the settings for every single show/movie just to make it sound out. I eventually gave up and now just use it for music under my pc monitor. It’s actually pretty good for music. Tv not so much.
Sorry to hear you’re having problems with this unit. Have you tried turning on the “Clear Voice Mode” when listening to regular TV/Movies? This is NOT an auto enabled feature and needs to be turned on each time you power up the unit.
