We wanted to try cycling indoors. This is a good starter. It’s a smooth ride and very quiet. I got the Zwift app, too, on the recommendation from my brother who rides a lot. But know that you’ll also need to get the qdomyoszwift ( yes, type that all in ), app to be able to connect this bike to Zwift. Ride on!

How does this monitor heart rate?
