I bought one recently here on Woot! My expectations weren’t high, but figured for the price I’d give it a shot. Glad I did. Have been making some healthy desserts. Hard to believe it is just fruit and no added cream or sweetener. Was also concerned about cleaning since I don’t have a dishwasher, but it rinses clean easily. 
Glad yours worked! For some reason, the frozen fruit wasn’t coming out even after it was partially thawed out. Do you have any tips or recommendations?
You could have received a dud, but I just keep putting in fruit until it comes out. There is a bit that stays in the machine, and that needs a spatula at the end. It shows that in the instructional video on their website, too.
