If it doesn’t have a watch style clasp…stay away. Also, all 4 Charge/Charge HR in our house had problems with the main body detaching from the band (unglued). Easy fix with super glue but poorly made.

I got a refurbed Charge HR last time it was offered and love it. Couldn’t be told from new. I like the sleep monitoring. No regrets so far.

I see a lot of folks who have had problems with their Fitbit. I am lucky enough to have had no problems with mine. I bought the refurbished Charge in December and have been happily wearing it since then. I have had no problems with the band or the clasp. The only thing that I am not as happy with as I could be is the length of time between re-charging. It only lasts 3 or 4 days instead of 7 as promised.

I got a Charge last time and had battery life issues as well. It would only last a day and a half. I called the number provided and sent it in last week for a replacement. Hoping that one works out better.

Contact Fitbit… they will replace it with a new one no questions asked.
