Guess I should have read the previous woot comments before I ordered 3x of the 15W panels … opened the box and they were all v.1 panels, even though the description implies v.2 (USB out). Rather disappointing. Only saving grace was that they provided a new 4.7mm to 8mm adapter with each panel.
