Is this compatible with a smartphone, like the samsung smart tv?

most of these can be had for cheaper or a little more new if you want the warranty.

I bought the 32-inch less than a month ago and the tuner doesn’t work. It doesn’t pick up any channels. Woot said they couldn’t offer a replacement so I had to send it back. (Interesting that they are offering the same model less than 4 weeks later that I couldn’t get a replacement for.) The FedEx return code they sent failed when I took it to FedEx. I’m still waiting for Woot to respond to my follow-ups.

$300 off a $3000 TV to buy someone elses reject?? (that you can’t return to a local CostCo when it breaks)

How is this a deal?

[MOD EDIT: Edited for content]

A buddy of mine bought the 80" model new from Wally World a couple years back. Screen flopped out on him a couple months after purchase.

We have 5 Vizio TVs in our home. We’ve been buying them since they came out. Our oldest 32" (It must be about 6 years old by now) is still working perfectly. We love our 60" LED Smart TV. Our son has 3 Vizios also with no problems ever. We bought all of ours at Sam’s Club. We could get another 60" Vizio Smart TV cheaper at Sam’s Club right now for less than these refurbs.

“Refurbished” by who ?

every time woot sells refurbished tvs fellow wooters remind me why I would never buy one.

Is anyone else creeped out by the way this guy approaches the box with a filet knife at 0:36?

Good review by C/net of 2014 Vizio E series TV. They loved it!

Vizio’s E series review:

I have the M55 I bought it October at walmart for $900. It came with 4 pairs of 3d glasses (since the TV is 3d, and i do not see that mentioned in the specs) So since this is refurbished I wonder if you will get the glasses… if you do not, you can purchase them on amazon reasonably inexpensive.

I love it though the picture is crystal clear the black is deep and the 3d is stunning!! The smart tv apps are fun but unless you link them to your IPAD youtube for example the typing on screen using your remote to move to the letters (left and right up and down) is long and tedious. PS there is no app on Ipad or Android for this TV as of yet to aid with this, ive checked

sometimes the remote is a pain you have to actually aim it at the lil sensor for it to respond which isnt always accurate.

but other then that… I love it!!! Enjoy if you buy it!!

I bought 2 Vizio TVs from the original Woot when there was truly good deals. They both still work great without any problems. But now the “good” deals are few and far between. I don’t buy much here anymore.

Sorry to hear that you haven’t heard back about your order.

I’ve forwarded your post and information along to Woot Member Services to investigate the issue.

Thank you for your continued patience during this matter.

I think his name is Walter.

this is NOT a deal. Just last week 1sale.com had the 42 inch for $279, refurbished while WOOT is selling the 40 inch for $389.

I have a 42 inch lcd vizio for my 360, works flawlessly.
my next tv will probably be a vizio, probably a 70 in model, from walmart or amazon where returns are never a problem.

and like you commented on, these prices just aren’t that good.
