I always use caution when there’s flashing lights. It’s part of the “move over” law
Move over and then best behavior. Where there is one, there are two, like deer.
Sloweweewe
better you than me, chump
I slow down.
Stay with traffic. If people are slowing down, sure. If people are going by, also fine. Some accidents it’s obvious that they’ll be busy for a while.
Maybe come to full stop here:

I’d slow down and pull up near him/her and yell,
“Hey! Did that guy know why you pulled him over?”
then I’d offer the cop a beer, or at least a drink of mine if it’s my last one.
I don’t drive , but as a passenger I gawk.
Not worth the risk he took, better to just let him drive off and would’ve caught him eventually anyway.
This is what I do:
Keep driving as is. I don’t drive a red car anymore, so it’s impossible for me to be pulled over.
(I’m mostly joking, but my first car was red and I was pulled over several times. I haven’t changed how or where I drive, but in the 12 years since I stopped driving a red car I haven’t been pulled over. It could also be that I look like an adult now and the cops mostly want to bug kids).
I don’t give them a reason to pull me over too! I move over if I can, and if I can’t, I slow down.
