How much weight do you suppose this would carry?

I load mine up with over 40lbs regularly and they hold up just fine!
Great backpacks, exceptional value!

These are very nice packs and are quite a bargain at the price.

Have one of these as a bug out bag, might be buying another to keep in the car too. Have about 25-30 pounds of gear in it and not uncomfortable to walk a mile or two on a 75 degree day with these on. Even without a frame or waist strap, these aren’t bad at all.

The pocket right against the back for ‘when you’re someplace and you don’t want people to take your stuff’ I’d just take the backpack, so idk how useful that would be…

Just got one of these last Woot-off. I was pleasantly surprised how roomy it was inside. I filled it up with a test load of clean laundry and my full-size laptop, and went through the house doing chores for about 45 minutes (no hydration bladder though; I just went to the fridge and pulled out a cold one). It was quite comfortable.

So next time you go out hiking with one of these, you’ll know you can vacuum-clean the trail in comfort. For at least 45 minutes anyway…

How big is the storage for the bladder? Any recommendations?

If Woot is owned by Amazon, why isn’t Prime offered as a shipping option?

The Survival kit that Youkon sells using the Alpha pack as a base bag comes with a 3 Liter water bladder. It has been a while since I used the survival pack setup for a hike, so I can’t tell you if the laptop/water bladder pouch will hold a larger bladder.

I bought two of these earlier, one for myself and one for hubs. I love all the pockets, but overall the pack is too large for me. I’m a 5’4" female.

I needs me a bugout bag, when will these be back on woot?

What size are these liter wise? 30L? 35L?

In a crowded Shanghai subway, you don’t want sticky fingers stealing your chopsticks. Put them in the ‘secret’ pocket.

Good point! Why isn’t Prime offered as a shipping option?

Is this a good option to carry a laptop daily? I didn’t necessarily see a padded pocket and the review mentioned a “padded laptop sleeve” so just wondering if there’s padding built in to the pack itself.

I’ve used this as my laptop bag for almost 4 years now. No issues.
