I have this pack and really like it. It has so much storage space/options. Only flaw I found though was at the top there’s 2 handles: the main big handle and the smaller secondary handle. If the pack has a heavy load you need to use the smaller secondary handle. I was kinda rushed and lifted the pack by the larger main handle. This “ripped” 1 of the top zippers open. The zipper still zipped but the teeth were weak so it opened if there was a little pull. Called Yukon about it hoping to get it fixed. Instead they sent me a replacement! THAT my friends is customer service
