What’s the little pouchy thing on the side?

Also, needs a banana for scale. Can’t tell how big/small the whole thing is.

I have one of these and the pouch is designed to hold a water bottle and works quite well for that. As far as size, I don’t have it with me so I can’t whip out a tape measure, but it’s a little smaller than a standard backpack. It’s not too small though. Perfect for a day trip.

It’s a tad awkward feeling, almost like the strap is going the opposite direction from what it needs to be…that may just be my personal taste though.

Haha, pouchy thing is indeed a removable water bottle holder. It’s MOLLE Compatible and dimensions are 8" x 4.5". Will fit your Nalgene bottle perfectly and will cinch nicely at the top. Thanks for the support and please check us out on Youtube for more product vids: YO Youtube Channel
