So… where is the footage stored onto? Your phone?

The camera itself has a slot for a micro-SD card…

Will this grip accept the CGO3+ camera? I have a Typhoon H with the CGO3+ - and would like to use this with that camera as well.

Per the vendor, yes it will.

Listing says the camera shoots at 25fps. Manufacturers website says 30fps
Is it possible to shoot at 24fps UHD?
Also is there any type of manual exposure control?

Thanks for the call out. We’re updating the specs:

UHD: 4K @ 30 FPS
2.7K @ 30 FPS
2.5K @ 30 FPS
FULL HD: 1080p @ 24/25/30/48/50/60/120FPS

I own 3 Yuneec Q500’s
These cameras are great!
Check out some footage.

Oh it will record in 5 min increments about 1.75GB.
You will need to put the 4K videos together with ffmpeg. Contact me if you need info on how to.

I actually think the video from the CG03 looks a bit unbalanced and washed out. I have a Pixel and the video from my Pixel looks substantially better. Here is ungraded Pixel video (not mine):

This was tempting and I almost pulled the trigger but I think the OSMO Mobile from DJI might be a better choice for those of us who have smartphones with killer cameras.

I bought one last time it was offered on woot and I’ve never been able to get it to work. You have to download an app that has to connect to the camera or something. I tried getting help by calling customer service because I couldn’t find information that solved the problem on my own.

  1. You downloaded the app:
    GOOGLE https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.yuneec.android.flyingexpert

OR APPLE ‎CGO on the App Store

  1. Attach the cable to the camera and the steady grip.

  2. Power on the Camera.

  3. Connect your Phone/Device to Wifi spot CGO_XXXXX (This is 5.0Ghz) and default password is typically 1234567890

  4. Launch the App.

Will this attach to my belt when I’m Borking your mom?

Anyone able to get this to connect to an iPhone 8. I’m going to lose my sh1t.

What exactly is the problem you are having? Have you tried contacting Yuneec?
