It’s pretty decent. Doesn’t have some of the nice features like obstacle avoidance but for the image quality of the camera you have to spend way more on a drone to get that. These guys are usually on sale and this is about the right price. You might be able to find it slightly more with a case and extra batteries. The extra batteries would be worth paying slightly more.

One big tip with these is under the battery of the transmitter(remote) is an SD card slot. Make sure to put a card in there even though it isn’t needed to fly. Doing so will store telemetry data which there are programs to do interesting things like create a map of your flight path. On top of that Yuneec will not warranty a crash without that telemetry data!!! These drones can have fly-away problems so make sure you have the SD card in. Make sure to calibrate the compass. Make sure to know what the blinking lights mean(there are many codes). If you take off with a bad compass it will crash. If you don’t have enough GPS sats locked then it could crash or shoot off in a random direction. If you are buying this as a “toy” I would pass as you should be looking at it more of a hobby and putting in the knowledge/thought required.

tl;dr - it’s a good drone just do your research before flying and make sure to put a SD card in the transmitter.

What in Hell is going on? I’ve been trying to buy this for an hour now. It says to log in to Amazon for free shipping. I log in using my Amazon password. It does not accept that but does accept my Woot password. Then I had another problem earlier which I would relate but I’m so fucked up right now, I can’t even remember what that problem was. IF I DID MAKE AN ORDER, CANCEL IT IMMEDIATELY. I’m done with this bullshit.

Hi there. You need to log in with your Amazon credentials.

To do this, log out of woot. Then sign in and choose Login with Amazon. Use your amazon login and password.

Unless you really needed the range, compactness or object avoidance of the DJI line, this is a nice deal on an RTF GPS drone with 4K stabilized camera.

Note that you aren’t logging in to your existing Woot account when first using the Amazon login option – you are creating a completely new Woot account. At least that’s what happened to me.

From “Specs” tab . . .
