Couple of things about these bulbs.
First, yes, the LEDs to attract mosquitoes. I have anecdotal evidence (many mosquito carcasses in the ones on my back porch and in the garage) and there are plenty of research articles which detail the attractiveness of UV light to them.
SECOND, the white LEDs are over-driven, not well cooled, and will melt the light cover if left on for more than an hour or so or burn out eventually. This tends to be a problem if you leave them unattended and you have a power outage, when power returns the 60W LED light turns on.
