It picks up “Coffe” and “Beans” see picture with circles in front of vacuum. Lol
Arrived without manual and without the remote control.
It refuses to connect to the apps suggested so it is basically a brick.
Even returning it is hard because it has a lithium battery which requires extra steps to return it.
I’m going to think long and hard before being something like this of Woot again.
It came without the remote and manual.
Supposedly it connects to the Tuya app.
I am able to get it into AP mode, it shows a SmartLiving WiFi network, but the app does not find it.
Right now I am thinking of simply returning it, which is also a hassle due to the battery.
YouTube has a review on this model. The guy tells you how to set it up & what app to use.
Here’s the mothership page. Woot is the seller there too
Personally, if you’re within the return/warranty period I would send it back. It wasn’t supposed to be missing any parts.
Sorry for the problems with the vac. You just need to reach out to CS so they can send the extra labeling required for the battery. They’ll get to you in the order received.
Thanks for the reply! I ended up sending it back.
I’ll have a look at the video to see what I did wrong.
I got it to go into AP mode, my phone could see the network created by the device, it just would not connect with my phone right next to it.
It was a very beat up refurbish honestly, I had to remove a lot of hair and the box looked like I should be happy it turned on. ![]()
