This item will ship in two boxes! The accessory cables will arrive separately.
Well, at least it’s powtable. I hate those stationawy ones!
Yeah, at 127 lbs, they’re real “powtable”. At $1,000 for a refurb, where these go for, on the low end $2300, but average more like $3k -$4k, you just don’t know how old this unit is, or more importantly, how many cycles it’s gone through which will impact its life expectancy. At 127 lbs, this thing is a beast and I wouldn’t want to have to move it, even with wheels. I think I’ll stick with Bluetti. They’ve been reliable for me for 3 years and their customer service is very responsive to any problems.
Received mine the other day. I did get the AC power cord to charge it and the unit in the same box despite receiving a message that theyd come in spearate packages. With the wheels on a solid surface, its relatively easy to move around. I chose this version over the solid state battery version due to how many recharge cycles you get. The other review said firmware is buggy but so far its been fine. Hooked this up to the app and it has some good features. Will keep you guys posted if i find some negatives.
v6.4 unit has been removed! Also removed was that other 5Kw power station.
Maybe I missed something here, but which are you referring to? Sorry to snoop/pry(haha), but I couldn’t help but over-hear(over-read) and am curious.
I got the v4600. One update on the weight, it can roll around no problem but it is super heavy to move it up stairs for example
I received mine yesterday. I think there is an important item missing from all our orders. I checked the original owner’s manual. Each system should have the base, USB drive, and 3 cables: AC charging cable, car charging cable, and a proprietary cable to connect the base to satellite battery pack for expansion purposes. This cable is missing. You can see the cable in unboxing video on Zendure’s website. Also, I cannot find it for sale as an accessory any where. I am not sure if “refurbished” means this particular cable is optional.
Can you confirm with seller that the cable that connects Superbase to satellite expansion battery will be shipped separately?
I have checked with several authorized retailers who sell the satellite batteries. This cable is not included with the satellite batteries.
I have watched all the English speaking reviews on YouTube and they all include that cable.
The only cable that came with my unit was the normal wall plug. No xt90 cables. Kinda sucks because i intend to use it off grid. No extra battery cable. Although i dont see myself buying the B4600 unless its a woot like deal.
It seems like a cool product. I like how adding batteries adds solar input capacity. Ecoflow could learn from these guys.
Any received order that included Satellite Battery Cable that show in woot description? Thanks
I didn’t get mine
I am still waiting for the satellite cable. If you check the original listing on woot.com:
But it looks like none of us got this cable. So, are you able to get woot to make this right?

Hi there. Have you reached out to Woot customer service?
I’ve been reaching out to customer service. I’m a couple days beyond my delivery date and the status remains unchanged. It never shipped. I reached out to customer service to cancel because our camping trip is this week. They said I cannot cancel only send it back. That’s ridiculous because it hasn’t shipped.
LATE ORDERS
For those with late orders, we apologize. Our team is working with the vendor to see what’s up.
