I did order the correct one, and this is actually the first time Woot! has sent me the wrong item.

And yes, I have emailed CS…more to follow.

We’re aware that there are problems with some getting incorrect hats. We’re researching now to see how widespread the problem is starting with asking for a check of inventory in the warehouses.

CS has sent a replacement…for the wrong item. They have shipped another LSU hat, not the Mississippi that was wrong in the first place. I have asked NOT to get a refund, I just wanted the hat. But they have requested that I refuse the shipment and have issued a refund already. Can you help me please?

We are still sorting out the issues on this sale as to which ones were shipped incorrectly. The weekend and holiday slowed things down.

I’m not sure if we will have inventory to replace. It depends on what’s remaining once we get things straightened out.

Are they still working to resolve issues with incorrect fulfillment?
I contacted CS over a week ago. Did receive a “we’re on it” reply, right away. Nothing Since.

Yes, unfortunately we are still untangling this issue. We will post updates in the forum when we have them, and customers of this product will also get an email.
