Last time i bought this i only got 1 battery even though it says it comes with 2 battery’s in the box. I wonder if they will put 2 battery’s in the box this time around.

The yellow comes with two batteries. The blue with one. I’ve ended this and alerted staff…again.

I only got 1 battery
I only got 1 battery and I was only ordering this for the batteries and charger and extra chains so im completely dissatisfied with the purchase . The listing had two batteries and extra chains etc for both the blue and yellow. Now i have to return its pain in the but yes not everyone has acseess to nearby postal or shipping depots oreven transportation to such places some like me are disabled and don’t drive and its not my fault as i bought item based on the information the listing said. What a hassle. This is the third time in a row a woot item has been not as advertised. I miss the old woot

I didn’t even do anything and woot staff (or woot-oops-bot) reached out to me and cut me a modest deal. I wish they had one to look over gpu prices lol. But I appreciate it. I rolled and it wasn’t snake eyes!
i never sent mine back as I ordered it for the charger and the batteries an extra chains but woot still should have gave a partial credit for the hassle and stress
i was only offered a return LABEL but i ended up keeping it cuz i needed a charger and chains, yes two batteries would and should have been what we received but not my case. i still think they should have offered a partial refund to me for the hassle and stress but it was never offered sometimes you winsome sometimes you dont..
Did you try asking for a partial refund at the time? They might have worked with you.

If I remember correctly they offered me a deal. I bought a different brand. Now I have two chargers. The new one took oil and had an oil reservoir. Which leaked everywhere overnight. Cleaning it pretty much made a bigger mess. They still work I’m going to have to put in alot of effort to clean everything up. I think a can or marine electronics cleaner and a roll of paper towels might do it. I’ll have to take things apart and put the together. Never trusting an oil reservoir again.
