Is this for just 42 quart bags??? Sam’s Club has a deal that is way better and Target offers the same bags for $5.99.

Sure did. Both. The link is to Amazon which does say pack of 3. I’m referring to the Woot listing and not the Amazon listing. Woot doesn’t say pack of three. I took your word for it and just crossing fingers 
Sometimes with Amazon stuff, it’s just better to aim low and hope they delivery high.
