Are there replacement filters available? What about a battery? Im having trouble finding anything about this vacuum.
I did a reverse image search and there seem to be a lot of variations with slightly different plastic and colors.
Hereās what appears to be a manual from a sketchy neighborhood along the Information Superhighway.
It looks like the same vacuum under the āOnsonā brand.
I downloaded the PDF and scanned it with a quality antivirus, so it appears to be clean, but download at your own risk.
The filter looks to be hand washable. They claim itās HEPA. Who knows? Itās a mystery brand cheap vacuum thatās been ārefurbished,ā so itās doubly mysterious.
Thereās no mention of a replacement battery, so it may well be designed to be a throw-away appliance. It looks like the battery pack is comprised of 18650 cells, so in theory you could ārefurbishā it yourself. It has six of them in series at around 22 volts. You could adapt a power tool battery of similar voltage (Dewalt 20v, M18, etc.) using a ābare wireā adapter like the kind people use for Power Wheels retrofits, etc. Youād have to be really careful to not drain the battery too far and it would be a janky setup unless youāre a whiz at 3D printing. But for a cheap device, is it worth the time and effort?

At least they tell you whatās āinciuded.ā
It has a motor main bady.
The main baddy is the boss level.
3rd picture rom top shows life expectancy of 500h. 500 hours life?
I
Has OKAY suction
- 18 minute battery life on high
- mines came in with dirt and food wrapped with it
- dirt Tank is small
- bottom of extension clogs easily (dryer lint)
Overall okay for price ($50)
Would say itās for light use one room per charge on high.
(6 children, 1 dog) may work better for lesser house loads.
IMHO thatās unacceptable for anything claimed to have been refurbished.
Thank you for your feedback and photos.
Yuck. It kind of makes you wonder if they refurbished it at all!
EUGH!!! So sorry, and yes this has happened once or twice before, and it sucks. Our apologies.

Bought this deal a few months back and itās garbage. The suction is awful, itās been dirt around and doesnāt pick it up. Itās short and light so you have to bend down while vacuuming. Although the price was good it wasnāt worth it at all because it really doesnāt do anything but push dirt around.
This came with a 90-day Woot warranty. If youāre still within that period, make sure you contact customer service. Theyāll have some options for you. Hereās the blurb.
