As if the automated emails aren’t bad enough, tonight I got one with the subject, “Woot.com Replacement Order Tracking Number” and the body of the email was blank.
Yes, I’ve experienced my share of shirt.woot mishaps - missed shipments, wrong size, wrong print wrong blanks, and wrong quantity - but never had every possible issue crop up in just one sale.
This idea was great - and fun. It also had a lot of parts that needed precise coordination to work right. It seems that they never picked a person to be responsible for this.
It does however, look like they chose a “Bundle Bungler.” I hope that name sticks, forever.
The thing is, the previous shirt.woot-off, with bonus offerings, went fine. This arrived in 2 weeks without any of the drama that folks have gone through with the bonus offerings from this time …
After this, it probably will.
