Do these have the upgraded keyboards? If not, are they eligible for Apple’s keyboard repair program if the keyboard does fail?

Good morning all. These are NEW with an Apple warranty so they would be eligible for Apple care.
As to the keyboard, I don’t know but they are eligible for anything any other new Macbook would be.
