Stay away. LG backs their product way back. Whoever makes their TV’s cannot seem to make a timing control board that will last longer than a couple hundred hours. The TCB goes then it starts frying the Mainboard. Then suddenly it all fails just after the warranty expires and you are stuck with a good panel but nothing else.
Customer service is nonexistent. There is a reason they are selling refurbs of these they are junk. don’t believe me look at the lack of LG replacement boards on sites like Ebay or secondary parts houses the LG ones are always back-ordered or not available.

These prices are ridiculously high for a refurbished. For example, you can get the 55" today, 11/21, brand new, on Newegg for $1200

Agree on the high price. I just bought a brand new 65" C8 on eBay from a wholesaler for $2049, no tax & free shipping. And it’s got LG’s 1-Year warranty, not this refurbished one’s 90-Day.
