Ordered one of these refurbs and the sub lasted a few months and died. Vizio wouldn’t help. Whatever they do to recondition returns on these. Read previous reviews.

Mine died just recently. They don’t sell individual parts. I got a replacement sub off Ebay for 30$, and it works fine. I’ll take mine apart eventually and see if I can figure out what died.
I have the 38" version of this, bought refurbed 2 years ago. Still works great, perfect for our den where we watch most TV.
I bought one of these brand new a few months ago and returned it. The audio would de-sync after about 20 minutes. I tried all of the suggestions on the web like turning off the processing and would still do it. Has there been a recent firmware update to fix this?
