I always appreciate when a manufacturer shows up in the comments to answer wooters’ questions, but since that doesn’t seem to be forthcoming I found this on their website
It is not recommended to freeze cheeses. The freezing process kills the cultures and compromises the flavor and texture of the cheese.
That’s right. Cheese can be frozen, but it’ll lose texture and some flavor.
So, it shouldn’t be frozen unless you want to cook with it, where texture doesn’t matter.
