I bought one of these fans. It’s super quiet. There’s something strange happening with the light kit. From the off position on the light, when you pull the pull chain switch, it briefly lights and then goes dark. I can reset this by switching the light switch off and on. It’s concerning though. It may need a replacement switch unit.
Hi there. Have you double checked the wiring of the light kit?
