Fanless worries me a little bit as I don’t know what the heat dissipation is going to be like without one.
It would be good if the Chomebook runs Android apps. I have one that does and find it quite valuable.

I have this one and it doesn’t really get hot. I don’t use it a lot, though, so I can’t say what three or four hours at a time would be like.
Also, you meant Sept. 2021. 
It’s listed as “planned” on the list of Chromebooks that can run Android, but it’s been like that for a long time. With the support date ending next year, it wouldn’t surprise me if it never happened. It’s not even in beta yet.
