The only thing holding me back from getting a couple of these is the 110 volt outlets being on top of the base instead of being on the side like the usb’s are. It would look a lot neater having the wires you plug into the base to be hidden on the side instead of looping up in the air like these would be. Guessing these were intended for a motel room where they wanted it to be easy for the customer to plug in their electronics on the top of the base. Thanks anyway Woot.
Also, if the plug has a power adapter (box) on it, it might not fit if the plug was on the side.
GREAT ! So now I have a black box power supply sitting on top of my lamp . Now on the positive side…I got in the lamps you had kind of like these but they have the round base and the round shades. Packed very well…came as a two pack. Two USBs on the side and just one 110v plug on top. The three level touch base works great . Thanks Woot , I am very happy with my lamps.
