I think I fixed it.
It looks like I got a substitution for the bottle capper that didn’t include the 50 caps. Mine is a Rigamonti universal capper for 26.5mm crown caps. The pictures show a BrewShop capper with 50 caps in the same box. It says it should also work on a 28.5mm sparkling wine bottle cap. I’m looking for some 16 oz, 500 ml bottles. Will Mason pint jars work OK? I think 750 ml is just a little too big.
The gallon and 12 oz bottles are all glass which I wasn’t sure of when it was ordered. These pieces seem to be good quality and should last me a while.
