received this sunday and the IMEI number appears to be invalid when I try to activate through sprint (online with an agent). I’m taking it into a physical location tonight to try again, but I don’t have high hopes. Any chance these phones are illegitimate/fake/stolen? I’ll be seriously disappointed if I have to return this for a refund, as it’s a really good deal and I was watching for something like this to come up for a while.

If you can’t get it to work, please contact Woot Customer Service for assistance. From a browser, use the Woot Customer Service form. In the Woot App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
